Skin allergy test and consultation is required for all new clients at least 48hrs prior to appointment.

All prices are 'from', super thick/long hair or those with more fiddly/intricate work such

as baby/superfine highlightswill be charged more.

CANCELLATIONS: 

We all know that things can slip our minds, and that things crop up, however when cancellations are made at very short notice, or if you don't arrive for your appointment it is virtually impossible for your appointment to be filled again.  Therefore the following cancellation policy has been put in place.

CANCELLATIONS: MADE WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY HALF OF THE TREATMENT COST.

NO SHOW:  IF YOU FAIL TO TURN UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THE FULL TREATMENT COST.
